Darby has served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Delphon since 1999. For the last 13 years he has excelled at driving the sales and marketing efforts of Gel-Pak and over the years has taken on more divisions and responsibility. In addition to Darby’s focus on sales, he has always worked closely with manufacturing and engineering to bring his expertise and analytical skills to solve problems, improve processes and drive the development of new products and services.
