At Delphon, we believe that serving the community is not only integral to running a business successfully, it is part of our individual responsibilities as citizens of the world. The mission of Delphon’s program is to bring to life the value of good corporate citizenship by supporting communities in ways that enhance the company's reputation with employees, customers and business partners. We do this by:

• Providing each employee with two paid days off per year to volunteer for something in their own communities about which they are passionate
• Contribute financially to causes that are important to our employees through the Delphon Foundation
