Semiconductor Packaging Engineer: Our Packaging Engineer position requires an in depth knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly processes including both wire bond and flip-chip technologies. Knowledge of packaging materials such as lead frames and organic substrates is also important. It requires strong analytical and project management skills required to coordinate resources and scheduling with customers, contract designers and other external suppliers. It entails many functions of a project manager, such as maintaining the overall project schedule, resource management and coordination of deliveries. In addition, you will assist in establishing design rules and review of designs for manufacturability.
